This notice covers marketbrigade.com — the site you are reading now. There is one form on it, and this is everything that happens to what you type into it.

What the request form collects
Exactly the fields on the form, and nothing behind your back:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company
- Your industry
- Optionally: a phone number, a website, and a message
The form also carries one hidden field that no person ever sees or types into. Automated spam fills it in; when that happens we accept the submission and store nothing. Our server additionally sees your IP address, as any web server does, and uses it to limit how many times the form can be submitted in a short window.
Why we collect it
To read your request, decide whether the beta is a fit, and reply to you. That is the whole purpose. If you submit the same email address twice, the second one updates your existing request rather than creating a duplicate.
Where it goes
Into our access-request queue, stored on infrastructure we run. It is read by Market Brigade staff reviewing requests. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone else, and it does not become a marketing list.
What we send you
A reply by email, and — if your request is approved — an invite code. Nothing else: no newsletter, no drip sequence, no follow-up campaign. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to anything.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views in aggregate, so we can tell whether anyone is reading. It is cookieless: this site sets no cookies of its own, and there are no advertising pixels, tag managers, or cross-site trackers on it. Fonts are served from this site rather than a third-party font network. Traffic reaches us through Cloudflare, which sees requests in the course of serving them.
How long we keep it, and how to have it deleted
We keep access requests while the beta runs, so we can tell who has already asked. Ask us to delete yours and we will. Reply to any email from us and say so — that is the whole process. If we have not emailed you yet, the message field on the request form reaches the same people.
What this notice does not cover
The product itself. Once you have an account, the app handles your brand information and your content under its own terms, which you see when you sign up. This notice is also not a terms of service; that ships separately.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version replaces this page and the date at the top changes with it.
